Pursuant to article 13 of the Privacy Code, we hereby inform you that any personal data sent to the SkipperMania email addresses, submitted directly on the site or one of the reserved areas, or supplied by a third parties will be used expressly to fulfil the service requested (e.g. service request, taking part in an offer, modification of details, notification, etc).

The Data Controller for the SkipperMania site is Net Games Tech di Ramon Soletti, Paolo Montrasio & C., with registered offices in via Ippocrate 3, 20161 Milano.

Net Games Tech makes use of an External System Administrator to provide the servers and access to the Internet. The latter, in turn, makes use of I.NET SPA as the owner of the local servers.
